It seems the owner of this Inn has a rather strange sense of humor. The Inn of Radia Glory is certianly not Radiant, defiantly not glorious, and it would be hard to call it a true in. It had been a large (for Erebos) house, but the owner had transformed it into an Inn that looked very well tended for (again, for Erebos.) The owner was a muscular, surly looking half-drow named Brazzilit. Two even more surly looking Orc twins, nicknamed Bash and Bounce, were the bouncers, and the bars were tended by an attractive (for her race) female half-giant named Sarah - named so by the humans that had rescured her - and an attactive (surpizingly, by most races standards) female half-elf known as Lillendel. She also sang for the patrons.
The Inn of the Radiant Glory is a place for the disgruntled, dillilusioned, bitter citizens of Erebos to come and drown their troubles in cheap alchohol, and for some of the less reputable members of society to come and meet, with little fear of the guard - they didn't patrol this part of Erebos very much, even by Erebos' standards. A door in the back, constantly locked by more than just metal, leads to the sewers.

*It is a usual day at the Inn. Brazzilit sits behind the bar, polishing a glass, his usual scowl fixed on his face. Men, most of them unkempt, overweight, or just appearing down on their luck, get sloshed, slurring to each other in voices to loud. One of the jokes carried to Brazzilit's sensitive ears, as a extremely drunk man stared into his drink. "Ever seen an ice cube with a hole in it?"
The other one snorts into his beer and replys drunkenly. "Yea. Everytime I go home to my wife."
The first one laughs far harder than the crude joke deserves, falling back and rolling on the floor, laughing uproarisly, before standing up. One of his more sober companions says something, unhearable under the din, and the man slurs in response. "I'm not drunk. I swear it. You wouldn't *hic* dare call me drunk if I was sober. *hic*"
*At another table, a down-on-his-luck moon elf drinks himself into oblivion, taking it with much less humor. Each drink causes his face to grow darker and meaner, and Bazzilit keeps a wary eye on him. Meanwhile, Bash and Bounce leaned near the door, talking animatedly in what sounded to Brizzilit, and everyone else, like pure gibberish. However, they kept one hand on their clubs at all times, and their eyes scanned the room, especially keeping an eye on the drunken moon elf, a fact that the half-drow approved of greatly, though his scowl didn't show it. If a fight broke out, Bash and Bounce would be there in seconds.*
*On the stage, really a table with it's legs sawed off halfway down, Lillendel sang, her beautiful voice slipping through the clamor. Seeing her, his hard face softened, something it only seemed to do when he was looking at her. She gave him a small wink from across the room as she met his gaze, though her song went on.
"They call them rouge (a red powder cosmetic used by women on the cheeks to simulate a blush, in order to appear younger or healthier and generally more attractive, not to be confused with "rogue", a persistently misspelled near-synonym of "rascal" or "thief" and a D&D class with trapfinding and sneak-attack)s They travel fast and alone without a place to go they have no home."
The men listening to the somber song were equally somber, or perhaps they were just sober - a rare thing in the Radiant Glory, but always most common near where Lillendel sang. It was hard to remember her songs when drunk, and that fact kept many of them from drinking.
Sarah snapped him out of his thoughts by smacking the bar, a sound that echoed through the Inn and caused everyone but Lillendel to fall silent for a moment, looking around. She gives him the most recent order in a normal voice for her, which sounded like she wasn't quite bellowing at him. He made the drinks up and gave them to her, and she went off to give the patrons them. Apperantly, the moon elf wasn’t happy with his order, and stood up to his full four and a half foot height, glaring up at the nine foot tall half-gaintess. Whatever he said must have offended her a bit, because she backhanded him, sending the slender and drunken elf careening across the Inn into the wall. Before he could stand up, Bash and Bounce were there, and before the drunken elf could protest, he was out on the street. Sarah smiled towards Bash and Bounce, who nodded before going back to their posts.*

*Lillendel walks into the door, motioning for Yvo to enter after her.*

She follows, wearily taking in her surroundings.

*Sarah walks over to Lillendel, grinning widely as she towers over them both.*
Good to see you back, Lills. The boys have been waiting for you, and Brazz has been getting worried.
*The half drow looks over at them, scowling (as usual) at Sarah but softening when he looks at Lillendel. Bash and Bounce grin over at them, one of them, possibly Bash, asking,*
Who's your friend, Lills?
*Lillendel motions to Yvo.*
This is Yvocca Shering. Sarah, fix her up a meal.
*Sarah grins down at Yvo, motioning her towards a table.*
What can I get for you?

Nothing really, thanks...
She sits down and gets a cigarette out of her pocket.
Mind if I smoke?

*Sarah shrugs.*
Go ahead. Infact, I might join you, if Brazz lets me...
*She glances over at Brazzilit, who motions for her to go ahead. The Inn isn't crowded, and everyone had already been served. Sarah pulls over a chair sized appropriatly for her, and pulls out a cigarette also sized appropriatly.*
Got a light?

Yeah.
She lights her own cigarette first, and a sweet smoke starts curling up to the ceiling. She then hands Sarah the lighter.

*Sarah lights her own, taking a deep drag, and blowing it out in a ring, looking very satisfied.*
It's good to take a break. Slow day, anyway.

She takes back the lighter and puts it in her pocket, then leans back, looks reflectively at the joint for a moment, then smokes on.

Sarah leans back in her chair as well, smoking in silence. Lillendel hops on the stage, and a few of the men applaud her. She smiles at them, and gives Yvo and Sarah a wink, then begins to sing.
"They cast me out left me on my own Lost to the shadows left without a home
My friends forsake me call me traitor to my face My family shunned me saying I am out of place
They wanted to me to be another copy of them I walked my own path They called it a sin
Still I did not break Not becoming a clone I stayed true to me stonger on my own"
The song continues on a similar bent for a little while, before she wraps it up. The few men in there appluad her loudly and drunkenly, which is no less than she is used to. She begins on a new song, this one laced with innuendos and double meanings that have the men roaring in laughter.

She listens to the song and finishes her cigarette, then applauds politely. The other song brings a wry grin to her face every now and then. After a while, she starts fussing a bit, and tears the wet band-aid off of her arm. She rubs the arm for a while, then turns to Sarah.
Got any bathrooms here? Or even rooms?

We got both. Free of charge, too.
*She turns to Brazzilit and bellows*
Ey, Braz! We got any open rooms?
*Brazzilit reaches under the counter and pulls off a key, then tosses it to Sarah as an answer. She catches it in one massive hand, before looking at it and handing it to Yvo.*
Here you go. Room 2 B, up the stairs, on your right. There's a bathroom there.

Thanks.
She takes the key and feels in her pocket, then walks up the stairs and to the right to room 2B. She opens the door- with some trouble, the key doesn't cooperate- enters, shuts the door behind her. After surveying the room briefly she walks on the the bathroom and sits down, putting her things out on the floor in front of her.

Lillendel walks up to Sarah after Yvo leaves, having finished her songs.
"Well, what do you think?"
Sarah shrugs, shaking her head ruefully.
"That kid's been though some stuff, Lilly. She's stronger than most, though. You did the right thing, bringing her here."
Lillendel smiles, glad of Sarah's assement. Some of the patrons begin clamoring for her to sing again, and she and Sarah share a look before she hops back onto stage and begins singing a song that goes beyond double meangins, a lewd song about a rounge in the court of the goddess of passion that has many of the men laughing raucously.
