*she grins.* Nah, you don't. Nightshade? That sounds familiar. Was one in the last town I was in. Anarchs? Meh, you can't break rules that aren't there. *she shrugs.* I'll keep an eye out. Rather live. "That's good to hear. Really? Well, they have a few establishments spread out here and there. Pretty big orginization." *He laughs and nods* "Exactly."

Looks like it, yes.
*she thinks some more.*
.o0(Girl's gotta make a living.)
Could you show me there?

Looks like it, yes. *she thinks some more.* .o0(Girl's gotta make a living.) Could you show me there? "Which one? The Nightshade? Sure, follow me." *He leads her into one of the buildings in this Ward and knocks on the door. A tall man with red hair, red eyes, , red clothing, and a pretty much expressionless face answers the door.* "Hey Red, someone wants to see if they can put in a job application" *"Red" looks at the girl and then at the man for a time before moving aside, giving them room to walk in. If and when they do, Red closes the door behind them.* "Follow me, please."*Red turns and walks deeper into the building, leading them to an office with a young Human male in it with green eyes and dark blonde hair. He gestures for Eirien to sit, pretty much ignoring the other guy for now.* "Hello there. So, you want to work for the Nightdshade, eh?"

In the ofice she sits down, looking at the other man.*

*while walking through, she looks around her. In the ofice she sits down, looking at the other man.* Yes, I do. *The place seems wealthy enough, though there is nothing really outstanding about the establisment. After she responds, Red steps out of the room, taking the other man with him, and closes the door. The green-eyed man smiles.* "So, what kind of skills do you think you can bring to the Nightshade? Why do you think we should hire you, miss...?"

*she watches Red and her guide leave and feels alone. Shame, she could do with a friendly face. Ah well...She looks at the man in front of her.*
Míriel. Míriel Fidlars.
I'm smart, I'm fast, I don't get noticed and I can get out of trouble. *after having caused it myself.* I want to get better in what I do and this is the best place for it.

A nice set of skills to have in this kind of business, too. Tell, have any previous work experience? Any old employers we should know about?"

It runs in the family, my uncle trained me, and what I picked up on the road. No other employers, we travelled too much for that.
*she sits back some and looks at him.*
If you hire me, what's in it for me? I'd like to know where I'd stand.

I'd like to know where I'd stand. *The green-eyed man leaned back in his chair and smiled pleasantly.* "You would be part of our little orginization and thus gain the benefits: pay, protection, and the added bonus of being able to work on our territory, instead of being caught trespassing. You would also have access to nearly everything within our walls, from training grounds to people who could help you refine your already considerable skills, to lodging."

Thank you.
*she stands as Red walks in.*
I will.
*she follows him out of the room. Once outside, she looks around to see if her guide's still here.*

I did, yes. Thanks for the help. All of it. Heh, maybe we'll see each other around.
*she smiles.*
