* Harthen bows at their approach. * Good afternoon, Master - Xeno? Yes, your rooms are ready.
As for help, not yet sir. I am sure Master Haye - who is out right now but should not be long - would rather you concentrate on building up your trainees.
Thank you for the offer though, and I will remember it.

* Harthen smiles. * Please allow an old man some mysteries sir. But thank you for the good wishes. I am pleased to see that you survived.

As to that sir, I am not competent to hazard an opinion, as I have never adventured. But your wish speaks well of you.
Welcome back, and let us hope for a long, fruitful - and uninterrupted - association.

* He walks into the Centre. Seeing Xeno, he nods. *
Ah Xeno, perhaps you could spare me a little time in my office?
* He walks off into the Centre, heading for his office where he sits down, pulling up another chair. *

Thanks Xeno.
When you started here I siad that we would review the arrangements after a while.
I am quite happy that your skills and effort merit a senior instructors post here. If you want to take it up.

Good.
To be honest, your duties are not that much different from what they were. You will have a budget to deal with the needs of yourself and your people - not too extravagent, but enough to deal with the day-to-day stuff - and otherwise your main responsibility is to train your psions and - as soon as we get clearance both internal and external - allow you and your pupils to participate in bouts with clients.
I hate dealing with the bureaucracy but it has to be done.

You have to get something from the government here?

Tjey do not like the use of lethal weapons, and are leery of unleashing magical powers.
That being so we have to make sure they dont choose to jump on us and close us down - which they can do by preventing clients from entering.
I prefer to avoid problems there by dealing with them before they arise. So I will have to check back with the council about reactivating the higher hazard dojos. And, presumably, about your team.
Oh well.

>Xeno yawns.<
I'm afraid I'm getting tired. I'll talk with you later, Mere.
>Xeno stands and leaves, heading to his room.<
