She blinks at the blades, and smiles.
If-hm, if it's not too much trouble...

Toris nods and walks out of the room. He walks back in a while later, carrying two glasses of fine elvish wine. He hands one to Charith.
"I don't have much in the way of food, but I could find something if you'd like."

She shakes her head and sips her wine quietly.
Oh- no, no sir, I'm fine, thank you.
Some of the wine spills and flows over her lips from the corners of her mouth, to end in ominous drips at her chin. She doesn't seem to notice.

Toris cringes slightly when Charith calls him 'sir'.
"Please, call me Toris."
Toris raises one eyebrow when the drips slide down her chin, but doesn't comment. He sips his wine as well.

Flushes.
Oooh, I'm sorry...
The drips drop down and make small hard-to-remove stains on her clothes and Toris' chair.

Toris watches the drips as they fall, marvelling at their beauty. When he watches something like this, he changes completely. He focuses completely on what he is watching, his strange blue eyes following his target with complete precision. Time seems to slow down for him. It's no wonder he is an accomplished archer.
When the drips land, Toris turns back to Charith. His eyes seem to have changed color, becoming a hard light blue. His expression is hard and completely focused.
He reverts back to his normal expression and eye color in an instant.
"Don't worry about it. I'll take care of it... the chair, at least. I won't have you take off your dress."
He smiles, all traces of the cold expression completely gone.

She'd been looking at his face, wondering what was going on, and never even noticed. She looks down at her knees and blushes again.
Oh- oh! I'm- I'm so sorry...!

"I can take care of it. Please, don't worry about it."

She smiles very weakly.
I- er- should probably, hm- get out of your house... Before I, well, collapse it or something...

Toris shrugs.
"Leave if you must, but feel free to stay as long as you want. It's not as if there isn't any room."

She smiles.
It's just that- I don't want to break anything more, s- Toris.

"Of course you don't. If you wanted to break things, I wouldn't have allowed you in.
"I can replace everything in this house easily, anyway, except for the books."

Chuckles nervously.
I'll make sure to- keep away from them, then...

Toris smiles.
"You shouldn't dwell on your faults. Your strengths surely outweigh them."

She blushes and looks away with a bit of a doubtful look on her face. Strengths...?
