This impressive building seems to loom over the area around it. Four stories tall, it is made entirely of stones worked by master craftsmen. The only statue is an impressively realistic one of a five headed hydra that seems to leer down at those walking up the walkway. It was the home of hte Valshin family, but they sold it to the Pendrells very recently under mysterious circumstances. The Valshins are, however, known to be alive.
Inside, the manor is far more impressive than without. Built with magic as an intergral part of its design, the manor is partially extradimensional and far larger on the inside than out, including rooms that could easily double as large ampithearters, as well as a permanant portal to the Pendrell Estate in Sigil. Getting lost inside is easy, due to the over three hundred rooms that exist on each story.
Five pendrells, as well as a number of servants, recently have moved into the Estate. The owners and servants are rarely seen.

*Thantavin lounges in a couch, staring at the ceiling. He looks like a tiger lying in a zoo - supremely bored. Anya paces back and forth, her milk-white eye flashing occasionally.*
When is Aunt Vivia getting back, Uncle Thanty? I'm bored, and I'm sick of hanging around this manor. I want to get out and do something
*Thantavin turns towards her lazily and growls.*
Shut up and sit down. She'll get here when she gets here, child.
*A pout on her face, she flops into a chair and begins forming illusions to keep herself occupied. Strange colors dance from her fingertips.*
Patience, child. You must learn patience.
*Anya jumps up, grinning.*
Yes, Aunt Vivia. Can I go out now, Aunt Vivia?
*Vivia nods her head, motioning to Thantavin.*
Cloak yourself, both of you. I have figured out a way.
*With a snap of their fingers, both are covered in cloaks that hide their faces in shadows. A similar cloak, black silk with red trimming, appears on Vivia, but her face can be seen. They head out, walking along. Occasionaly either Anya or Thantavin nods their head, as if being told something...but no words are spoken.*

*The Pendrells arrive back at the estate. Kadyn is waiting for them, relaxing in a chair.*
Welcome back. I hope your expidition was fruitful.
*Vivia glares at Kadyn, the tension between the obvious. It had started because Xealaz assigned Vivia, the younger, to lead this cell, but Kadyn believed that her age gave her a great deal of authroity that their father had not given them.*
I wouldn't worry about that. You won't be involved in that area. Neither will Thantavin.
*Thantavin's look makes it clear that this is news to him, as well.*
I have an entirely different assignment for you two, one that I think will suit you better.
I hope what ever 'assignment' you are giving us, sister, has a chance of profit financally. The barrier is weak enough for father to act on what he has been wanting for so long - the Jungle is accessable.
*The casual way Kadyn says this belies Vivia's reaction, as well as the looks Thantavin and Anya exchange.*
That changes nothing, Kadyn. Our mission here is the same, unless Father tells us otherwise. You would do well to remember that.
*Kadyn's glare is enough to freeze fire.*
I will sister, I will. Now, this plan of yours...
*They talk long into the night, working on plans.*

*Vivia suddenly sits up, roused from a deep sleep. Her eyes close and begin to move rapidly behind her eyelids, as she thinks rapidly. She stands up and nods, walking to the closet. In there are a variety of dresses for formal wear, all of them designed to look beautiful and to provide the most protection possible, each one woven from tiny chains that will turn aside blows from many weapons. She chooses one, a black dress with her personal rune in the center of it, actually glowing a faint red. She fits an empty scabbard to her belt, signifying in the Pendrellian custom that she is an ambassador. She walks down, where Kadyn gives her a frown that clears up when she sees the sheath. Vivia gives Kadyn a cold glance.
You are in charge here, for now. I have been assigned to a more important duty. Your objectives, however, are unchanged.
*Kadyn grins and nods, motioning for Vivia to go to her new appointment. Vivia makes a sharp gesture and vanishes.*
