The man in black fled across the desert, and the gunslinger followed. [The Gunslinger, Dark Tower I, Stephen King] Yay! I just (re?)reread that book (about two or three weeks ago) and I'm working on rereading the rest of the series. At the moment, I'm about 400 pages into The Waste Lands. By tomorrow, probably 550.

i found Genesis, I found Genesis! *happy dance*
pg 117 of the Epic Level handbook. i'll retype it here.
Genesis Conjuration (creation) Level: Sor/Wiz 9, Creation 9 Components: V, S, M, XP Casting Time: 1 week (8 hours/day) Range: 180 ft. (see text) Effect: A demiplane coterminous with the Etheral Plane, centered on your location Duration: Instantaneous Saving throw: None Spell Resistance: No
you create a finite plane with limited access: a demiplane. Demiplanes created by this power are very small, very minor planes. You can only cast this spell while you are on the Etheral Plane. When you cast the spell, a local density fluctuation precipitates the creation of a demiplane. At first, the fledgling plane grows at a rate of 1 foot in radus per day to an inital maximum radius of 180 feet as it rapidly draws substance from surrounding etheral vapors and protomatter. You determing the environment within the deimiplane when you first cast genesis, relfecting most any desire you can visualize. You determine factors such as atmostphere, water, temperature, and the general shape of the terrain. This spell cannot create life (including vegetation) nor can it create construction (such as buildings, roads, wells, dungeons, and so forth.) You must add these things in some other fashion if you desire. Once the basic demiplane reaches its maximum sixe, you can continue to cast this spell to enlarge your demiplane, adding another 180 feet of radius to your demiplane each time. XP Cost: 5,000 XP.

I didn't go to bed till 3.30 AM yesterday (or should I say today...)- I woke up at 8. Yes AM. I made this exam- meant 3 hours writing, just straight writing. Bluff Your Way Through University, so to speak... *rolls eyes* Then this afternoon, I had to go out on an errand for an hour and when I got back, Sat's connection was dead. Therefore, random thought: I am so not happy today.

Considering the circumstances, that's not very random. It seems predictable.
I, however, am very happy. School ended yesterday!

I pity fried chicken everywhere, because now I know how they feel. *wishes I remembered sunscreen.*

The three creepiest things you'll encounter in your life will start with: "Congratulations, you graduated!" "I hereby pronounce you husband and wife." "Morphology is the study of the internal structure of words..."

With all that's been going on for the past year so, I'm really glad I'm here. It's funny when I think about it, but this place with friends is probably the thing that kept me going during this time - it still is, infact. I don't know what would have happened if I hadn't met you guys, or quit roleplaying during last year's summer or all of that. Probably, somewhere in a slump deep in a depression - or something like that. I'm really glad and grateful for all of you being my friends. Anyway, I know that this sounds like small rambling, but I felt the need to get that of my chest anyway. Thanks
