Almost identical to it's Elurian counterpart, the Pendrell Estate here is openly owned by the Pendrells. They do none of their buisness in Sigil, and use this Estate soley to entertian guests, of which they have many, often people with less that reputable buisness on other planes. Those wishing to purchase Pendrell services, including the creation of lifeforms, often begin contact with the family here.
